HOW DOES IT DIFFER FROM OTHER CAR WASHES?

Mister Wash cannot be compared to a traditional car wash. Our service is first and foremost the convenience of having a clean car wherever you are. There are three features of the system: convenience, environmental friendliness, and extreme quality of washing.

  • CONVENIENCE: Mister Wash offers the convenience of having the wash under your home, office or when you are out and about compre. How much time do you spend taking the car to the car wash? You have to go to the site, wait your turn, wait for the car to be washed. With Mr. Wash you are free to use your time to do other things, be with your family, engage in hobbies, relax.

  • ENVIRONMENTAL RESPECT AND WATER SAVING: On average, 150 liters of water are consumed for a classic wash. With Mister Washing, no water is used, no residue is produced during washing, and all products used are eco-friendly.

HOW THE MISTER WASH APPLICATION WORKS

Booking your car wash is very easy after downloading the “Mister Wash” app available for free in the Play Store and App Store:

  • decide the date and time of the wash
  • indicate the location of the car
  • select your car model and service type (interior, exterior, full, silver or gold wash)
  • if multiple operators are available in the area you can choose who you want to do the washing with by being able to rely on reviews left by other customers

After making your reservation you will receive a courtesy call from the washer confirming your reservation. It will then suffice to have the car found at the designated place, on the designated day and time, the washer will wash the car without moving it an inch. In-App payment via credit card, ATM or direct debit to bank account and Paypal will also be implemented soon.

HOW MUCH DOES THE SERVICE COST?

The price varies depending on the size of the car and the type of wash (interior, exterior, full, upholstery, and sanitizing). Within the mobile application, the full price list can be accessed and a preview of spending can be viewed depending on the selected car category and wash type. The price list is also available on the website on the services page.

HOW IS THE WASHING DONE?

Mister Washing does not involve the use of water, as the washing is done with an innovative product that is not harmful to the environment or to the health of the washer. It guarantees the best result in terms of cleanliness and shine without any risk to the car body. Internal washing obviously includes dirt suction, which is carried out with a very powerful battery-powered vacuum cleaner. Thanks to these features, washing can be carried out almost anywhere (on the street, in the garage, indoors…).

IS IT NECESSARY TO LEAVE THE CAR KEYS AT THE WASHER?

It is not necessary to leave the car keys with the washer. In the case of indoor washing, simply open the car and return at the time of payment.

WHICH CARS IS IT POSSIBLE TO WASH?

Currently, the app allows you to book washing of any type of car. To book the washing of a different vehicle, it is necessary to get in touch with the area washer and ask him directly if and what are the washing prices for different vehicles.

IS MISTER WASHING AVAILABLE IN MY CITY?

WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF CLEANING/WASHING I CAN BOOK?

  • Exterior wash: body, wheels, tire black, wax.
  • Interior cleaning: dirt vacuuming, standard cleaning plastics, fabrics and interior leathers.
  • Complete wash: interior + exterior
  • Reconditioning of plastics
  • Upholstery wash: refurbishing of carpet / sky / floor mats / trunk / seats
  • Interior sanitation: elimination of bad odors and bacteria
  • Silver package: complete + upholstery
  • Gold package: complete + upholstery + sanitization

The silver and gold packages allow you to have the wash inclusive of all services at favorable prices.

HOW IS THE PAYMENT MADE?

Payment is made directly to the washer at the end of the wash. In-App payment will also be implemented soon.

HOW DO YOU GO ABOUT OPENING THE MACHINE? DO I NEED TO BE AT THE VENUE?

For external washing, it is not necessary to open the car. For a complete interior wash, it is only necessary to open the car to the washer and return at the time of payment, when you receive notification that the car has been washed.

IS THE WASHING ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

Cleaning is carried out with new-generation products: biodegradable, environmentally friendly, and do not require the use of water. The system is totally eco-friendly: zero water consumed and zero environmental impact due to detergents and cleaning products. A classic car wash takes an average of 140 liters of water to wash a car. Which, thought for 40 million cars in Italy alone that are washed an average of 5 times a year, is a gesture of love to nature.
